add_msg_crs(ds)

Adds the Coordinate Reference System (CRS) to the given MSG dataset.

Parameters: - ds (xarray.Dataset): The dataset to which the CRS will be added.

Returns: - xarray.Dataset: The dataset with the CRS added.
